1. Use new `OVERRIDE_AGG_*` variable to configure the aggregator address and port used by director and envoy. 2. Update guide document to show the changes to the demo code. 3. Add a new setting to support configuring envoy's registry url from FedLCM. 4. Fix the missing imageTag in the values-template.yaml file to director chart.
