[REQ] Make telefrag behavior the same for teammate/enemy at start of game #409

Team telefrags are common at start of game on DM3 and way back a change was made to completely omit team telefrags for a very short moment at the start of the game (yes, they aren't counted!). However the same appears not to be done for enemy telefrags which are still counted.

Suggestion:
Also omit counting the frag for telefragging an enemy at start of game so no frags are awarded/deducted for initial spawn telefrags.
