-Added new Housekeeping style (scale UI). That's be for be more true to the Hobbanet. It's enabled by default now. This style and the old one can be toggled in the Housekeeping settings from System status.

-Improved the Catalogue pages tools:

• Now when you are editing/creating a page, the Parent ID now show the parent name instead of the ID only, for be more easy and visually manage them. The same for min. rank value.
• All the boolean values has been changed for options instead of input, for be more easy and visually manage them.
• The conditions to edit/create an a page has been improved. Now it don't give Emulator error anymore.
• Added the copy page feature. Can do it too in the search entry.

-Updated the theallseeingeye.sql for do it work propietly with the last Catalogue pages tool version.
