Feature request: Remove the "Recent Elements" category if empty #700

What's the feature 🧐
The number of elements of the "Recent Elements" category can be tweaked. But, it can also be set to 0, where it doesn't show any elements:
This works; however, the "Recent Elements" part remains there, when it is now functionally useless:
It would be great that, when a user configures this to show 0 elements, this part would be left out entirely, thus allowing users to remove the "Recent Elements" category if they're not interested in it.
