Now feature `sdk_2_1` (`gfx/sdk_2_1` & `sprite/sdk_2_1`) is enabled by default. * CI: - disable clechasseur/rs-fmt-check action - reset manifest & lock that changed by tests (cmd: `new` & `init`) - set minimal SDK version for tests on CI (older versions are works, it just to do not mess extra with features like `sdk_ver`).
