"apropos" command

The slides for class 2 of introduction to bioinformatics suggest running the command:

"apropos calculator"

When I do this, I encounter:

"calculator: nothing appropriate."

Is "calculator" part of a module that I need to load?

Try entering unset MANPATH at the prompt and then apropos calculator and see if that resolves it. I think loading the intro-bio module might be trashing an environment variable.

This will hopefully be fixed once we switch over to the new module. @bcclaywell Can you try using the module in class today and see if any issues come up? If not, let's ask them to do the swap.
