Update Nock to v14.x

Nock v14 introduced breaking changes:

• replyWithError with object does not work since beta-8+ nock/nock#2789
• controller.errorWith ends up in the response path if the error is not Error instance mswjs/interceptors#625

We need to wait before updating to avoid broken tests.
