Add feature to search and play spotify radios

It would be awesome to implement also the radio function from spotify unless it already exists.

That's currently not possible as libspotify doesn't expose Spotify's radio functionality.

This seems like it could be resurrected now that moped-spotify is starting to incorporate support for the web endpoints.

It would be more accurate to say we're repairing the original functionality using the Web API.

And regardless, are there actually any Web API endpoints for radio?

Can we now get radio from librespot? I tried to test it but then I realised I couldn't even find a Spotify radio station to try, do they still exist?
