- Upgrade Prefect from 2.20.14 to 3.4.14 and prefect-dask to 0.3.6 - Update state handling patterns: replace .wait()/.is_completed() with direct .result() calls - Remove deprecated result_storage configurations for Prefect v3 compatibility - Add return statement to czi_flow for proper result handling - Update test assertions to work with Prefect v3 return patterns
