Process dies near end of the run

I'm trying to re-create the results of the paper using the run_ros_rpng_plane.sh. Near the end of the run, the process dies with the below error message:

I say "near the end of the run" b/c when I look at the 00_estimate.txt file for table_01, it has 2348 output poses. The timestamp of the first pose output is the 158th image and the last output pose is near (~1ms off) the timestamp of the 2nd to last image

I've tried looking for the log file but it's not at the location stated in the error message. I've tried running in a separate ROS1 docker container to see if that would help and it did not. I'm running ROS Noetic (Ubuntu 20.04 & ROS1) on an Intel Haswell machine.

Not sure if something is amiss b/c when using https://github.com/uzh-rpg/rpg_trajectory_evaluation to evaluate the APE of the poses of M-PT - MS-PL(0.010) using SE3 alignment, I see 0.075 for table_01 which is much higher than what's reported in the paper.

I'm a bit of a noob to ROS so apologies if this is a basic question.

Any tips on how to proceed debugging this issue would be much appreciated, and thanks for your time in advance!
