Different count for cells in G1 cell cycle #3
Description
Using 20210919_DIANN_SingleCellOutput.pg_matrix.tsv from DIANN1.8_SingleCells_CellCycle.zip ( PRIDE archive) I get N=87 cells in G1 phase after filtering, not as you report N=84. Probably irrelevant, but point let's me wonder if I have the correct file.
