error on startup, no ui buttons added

When starting jupyter lab

jupyter server version 1.4.0 reports
[W 2022-08-18 13:09:09.995 LabApp] The extension "jupyterlab_scheduler" is outdated.

I am not sure what this entails but i figure i should let you know

Thanks for the heads up. It's been a while since this plugin was updated, so it looks like things need to be updated to be compatible with the latest versions of jupyter. Happy to take any PRs!
