1. Jason to write draft text for 'green' website redirecting users to the 'blue/white' UKWA website
2. Jason to clear text with LDLs
3. Mindy to change 'blue/white' interface (on DEV/Beta) so that each search result clicked opens in a new Tab.
4. Gil to test system internally
5. Jason to to broadcast changes to stakeholders in LDLs
6. Switch to live.
