Tika throws errors while looking for a a GROBID running on localhost:8080

Due to Tika looking for a GROBID service running locally, we see things like:

2017-08-04 08:38:22 WARN  PhaseInterceptorChain:452 - Interceptor for {http://localhost:8080/processHeaderDocument}WebClient has thrown exception, unwinding now
org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: No conduit initiator was found for the namespace http://cxf.apache.org/transports/http.

Really should sort out those classpath errors, but stopping it attempting to call GROBID would also be sensible.

NOTE that this error is a start-up transient and should not affect indexing

Looking at https://wiki.apache.org/tika/GrobidJournalParser

Perhaps grobid.server.url can be set to '' and this would disable it?
