Description
Profile editors aren't able to claim publications for a person.
To Reproduce
Create an account and grant permissions to edit a profile of a researcher. Go to the researcher's profile
and follow the "Claim publications by DOI" link.
Expected behavior
The "create and link" dialog should appear and the profile editor should be able to claim publications.
