[Feature Request] format command for cli to sort translation keys #171

Why
We believe it is recommended to use a command for extracting translation keys. However, due to daily modifications, refactoring tasks, or merge errors, the translation keys may not always be arranged in alphabetical order.
What
It would be useful to have a command or option like hi18n format or hi18n sync --format in the CLI.
