Welcome to the Blacklisting section of PlanePal. Our commitment is to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. To achieve this, we have established guidelines and rules that users are expected to follow. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in blacklisting, which could include a ban on your account or server.
Any form of rule violation, including but not limited to scamming, exploiting bugs, or any other activities that disrupt the intended use of PlanePal, will result in blacklisting.
We reserve the right to ban users for unauthorized use of PlanePal features, including both premium and non-premium features. This may include manipulating features for personal gain or causing disruption to the normal functioning of the bot.
While we ensure the security of your data, any attempts to compromise or exploit PlanePal's systems, unauthorized access, or attempts to breach data security will lead to severe consequences, including blacklisting.
Important
We may also remove your data from our bot if necessary. We will not be responsible for your actions and have the right to modify or change your data, including your balance, items, and any other kinds of data.
JSTAR's Dévelopment and its product "PlanePal" are not liable for actions taken to enforce our guidelines and policies. We reserve the right to ban users, terminate PlanePal Premium without refunds, and take other actions deemed necessary, with or without prior notification.
