Data Collection

When you use PlanePal, we collect various types of information necessary to enhance your experience. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monetary transactions (logged to detect alt-grinding or scam-related issues)
  • Items (e.g., Planes, Pilots)
  • Flight data (e.g., On Time, Delays, Crashes)
  • Custom settings (e.g., Prefix, PlanePal Customizations)
  • Premium Access details
  • Discord-related information (ID, Username, Avatar, Join Date)
  • Guild-related information (ID, Name, Icon, Owner, Creation Date)
  • Server invite links and other information in cases where unauthorized or restricted commands are detected

Security Measures

Ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data is our top priority. We employ state-of-the-art security protocols to protect your information, the bot's token, source code, and other sensitive data. However, it's essential to acknowledge that no internet security measures are foolproof.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our services are not intended for users under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under thirteen, please do not use our services or provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under thirteen. If we become aware of any such information, we will promptly delete it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may share information with Discord as required for service operations, but Discord already has access to your user data.

Termination of Data, Premium Access, and Blacklisting

In the event of a termination of your data, premium access, or ban/blacklisting, the following conditions apply:

  • Data Termination: Upon request or account closure, we will take reasonable measures to delete or anonymize your personal information. However, some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

  • Premium Access Termination: Termination of premium access, for any reason that violates our Terms of Service, will not entitle you to a refund. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Blacklist: We reserve the right to ban users for violating our Terms of Service or engaging in malicious activities. Such actions are taken to ensure the security and integrity of PlanePal and its community. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. In case of modifications, we will provide notice through our server or other means. Your continued use of the services after the modified Privacy Policies are effective indicates your acceptance of the changes.
